Swiffy Nets Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Swiffy Nets for your netting needs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below for information on how to return items and our procedures for processing refunds.

 

Return Policy

We accept return requests within 60 days from the delivery of product(s). 

 

Item Condition

Item(s) being returned must be in new, unused condition in order for us to accept returns. (This does not apply for items that are received as defective or damaged) 

 

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@swiffynets.com with your order number from your email confirmation, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • For defective products or products received in a damaged manner, please email us and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the item(s) back to us. We will happily provide you with a new replacement product for free or refund of your choice. 
    • For item(s) that are in proper condition that you no longer wish to keep, please email us and we will provide you with return instructions to send the item(s) back for a refund. 
  • Please pack the return item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. 

      

    Refund Process

    Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will then process your refund.

    Please note the following:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 Business days of receiving your returned item(s)

     

    Exchanges

    If you need to exchange an item, please email our team at support@swiffynets.com with your order# and let us know the item(s) you wish to exchange for. Our team will provide a return label for the original item(s) ordered and will ship out the new item(s) you wish to order and process any necessary payment adjustments. We accept exchanges up to 60 days of delivery of the original product.

    Please note: Item(s) needing an exchange must be in new, unused condition in order for us to process the exchange request. (This does not apply for items that are received as defective or damaged)
